Innovation ACA in the construction phase

Supporting the contracting authority in the implementation of innovative projects during the construction phase.
As innovation project manager, we ensure that the schedule and quality are respected.
We act as an interface between the various trades to organise the implementation of innovations during the construction phase.
Monitoring and feedback throughout the programme until one year after delivery.

Support for the deployment of the Low Carbon Pact

Completion of the potentialities and vulnerabilities analysis sheet.
Advice on the choice of the 4 “Advanced” criteria most appropriate to the operation.
Determining the optimal solutions for the implementation of the “Core” criteria.
Drafting the specifications for the ‘Core’ and ‘Advanced’ requirements, necessary for the building permit application.
Upon obtaining the building permit, completion of the available indicators.
Feeding the “low carbon” database for the project owner.
Participation in progress meetings with the client and the local authority.
